Mission
     

The mission of the Friends of Macedonia is:

  • To advocate and support the youth of Macedonia by providing scholarships and small grants for educational and development needs.

  • To inform the American public about the Republic of Macedonia in order to increase awareness of the problems and positive aspects of Macedonia and its culture.

  • To involve the organization in close relationships with the US Peace Corps, NPCA and local (Macedonian) Friends of Macedonia.

  • To facilitate study of highly qualified Macedonian students in US institutions, including financial support.
